DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party: An unknown white substance was released into the twin creeks area from an unknown source where Herbert and Alaminos Creeks join, turning the creeks white before it dissipated. It is an estimated 5 gallons and could be related to nearby construction. The person who called it in stated that it was a chunky consistency. The Mid Peninsula Regional Open Space District owns the property, have been notified, and will look into the incident. | ||
