g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: Train ID RWCWCC of the Eighth, Locomotive UP7996 struck an occupied tractor trailer that had parked too close to the tracks. Caller stated the vehicle was side swiped and then the driver proceeded to flee the scene. There is no derailment and no Hazmat release.
