Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: CHP found a box of water based paint in the middle of the road. It was determined that 125 gallons leaked into a storm drain. The release has been stooped but is unrecoverable. Caltrans in en route to perform the clean up.

Per the reporting party, Caltrans and Riverside County Environmental Health have determined that this is not a hazardous material. The incident will not be treated as a hazardous materials event. The box referred to in the original report is actually called a transport tote.
