Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: A BNSF Freight Train HBARTAS903 struck an unoccupied Empire Police vehicle that was in foul of the tracks. No derailment, no injuries. This is a double mail line and all traffic is stopped for the investigation.

Per the NRC report: "Caller reported a trespasser incident involving an unknown law enforcement vehicle and train HBARPAS903. Caller stated the vehicle was unoccupied at the time of the incident and there were no injuries, fatalities, or potential for a release of material." Remedial Actions: "County Sheriffs on scene and BNSF supervisors are enroute."
