Orignal Description:Per Reporting Party: There was a cable that failed inside an underground transformer. When the crew went to fix it they noticed oil was leaking from the transformer onto a cement floor. A hazards crew is enroute to the scene. It is unknown if the spill has been stopped or contained. No waterways were impacted.
