g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, on 09/08/2024 at 1606 hours, there was an underground natural gas leak at the listed address which may have been caused by the roots of a shrub. The size of the gas pipe is unknown. The release is currently ongoing. Southern California Gas personnel are on site. There was no vapor visible. There was no fire or explosion. Four people were evacuated. The area is safe. There were no road closures. SoCalGas will contact the California State Warning Center with updates.
