g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a sewer issue has been ongoing since 12/01/2024. A valve on the west side of the building has been opened by the business causing sewage to release onto the parking lot and a nearby storm drain. Toilet paper is scattered in the area, and the amount of sewage being released is unknown. It is also unclear who will oversee the cleanup process.
