g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A single vehicle accident occurred involving a Chevy Yukon SUV that overturned and ended up on a cement landing embankment bordering a creek where some of the vehicles fluids have released. The affected creek is San Tomas Aquino Creek. When the Fire Department arrived on scene the vehicle was discovered unoccupied. It is unknown if anyone was injured. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) also responded to the scene. There were no road closures or fire involved. CHP is handling towing of the vehicle. The Fire Department bermed around the vehicle with absorbent pads preventing further release and will handle clean up. Any material that made it into the creek is unrecoverable. A California Fish and Game Officer was also on scene, did a check of the surrounding creek area and did not see any aquatic life affected.
