Orignal Description:Per reporting party, a weather event caused a mechanical failure in an overhead transformer, leading to the release of approximately 1 gallon of non-PCB mineral oil. The oil affected two backyards, with some entering one of the pools. A contractor managed the cleanup process. No waterways were impacted by this release.
