g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: While customer was filling up with the gas it overfilled releasing less than a gallon out to the ground. The driver left the area. The gas station has no one available to clean up the spill. This is an ongoing issue here at this gas station. Also the metal hazmat barrels, possibly 65 gallons are sitting next to parking lot, not secured anyone has access to them. No waterways were impacted.
