It is unknown if the oil is PCB and the reporting party is awaiting a sample test from dispatched personnel. The material was reported to just have been released onto the ground, however it may have gotten onto the trailers at the location. No known actions have been taken to collect or contain the material. Clean Harbors will be conducting cleanup. | ||
