| g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, a failed gasket inside a flange caused the release of the listed material. The release started at 0840 this morning and was stopped at 0845 five minutes later. An internal ventilation system was activated to evacuate the gas into the atmosphere. The release occurred inside of the Cold Services Department. National Refrigeration Services will repairing the system. 30 individuals were evacuated. The gas was unrecoverable, and there is no clean-up operation. | ||
