g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: An encampment of RV's have taken up residence at the incident location and have been releasing sewage into the nearby storm drains. At the time of report, the caller stated that they have hoses connected from the RV's down into the storm drains. It is unknown where the storm drains lead, however the caller believes that they lead to other waterways and the ocean. The actual amount of sewage released unknown, however the caller believes that the total max capacities of the RV's is approximately 1,000 gallons. Caller reported that no other agencies have responded to this incident.
