g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A 4 inch underground supply line used to transport reclaimed water used for landscape irrigation experienced a pipe failure due to unknown reason causing the release of the material. The material released into the surrounding landscaping / soil / vegetation and approximately 40,000 gallons entered 2 nearby storm drains. One storm drain leads to Copeland Creek; the other storm drain leads towards East Cotati Street and it is unknown where it goes from there. The release has been stopped. Some dirt debris that was dislodged from the landscaping was put back in place by crews on scene. There were no roadway closures.
