g. DESCRIPTION: A 6 inch group pipeline failed due to unknown reasons. On-site technician shut off the control valve, stopping the release. The incident resulted in 2 barrels of a crude oil and produced water mixture to be released onto the surrounding ground and into the bed of a dry blue line. No fires or injuries were reported. Permanent repairs are in progress and an environmental specialist is enroute to assist with the cleanup. No public land was impacted and the facility has remained in operation.
