On arrival, the sewage overflow release point was identified and determined to be the responsibility of the Sacramento County Environmental Management Department. The department was contacted and will be dispatching technicians to the site. At the time of this report, an estimated 1,872 gallons of sewage was released onto private property and into Arcade Creek. The release is ongoing. | ||
