DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: BNSF Railroad is stuffing open containers with the Acetyl Anhydride chemical with sand and then burn it causing the vapor into the atmosphere; the particles are corrosive. This reacts violently when it reaches water. This is happening next to a children's water park. The sand in the vapor lingers and travels. Per reporting party, this is going into the 3318 California Hotel thru the fire control system and into the rooms causing medical issues such as bronchial symptoms, abdominal cramping, nausea and headaches This is an ongoing issue.
