Per the NRC report:

Potential release of gasoline from a panga type vessel after a migrant interdiction. Caller states the boat is slowly sinking. Caller also states there were four 5 gallon cans of the vessel. Remedial Actions: Fuel cans were removed and they are taking the boat to a launch ramp to be taken out of the water. Length of Vessel: 15. Fuel on board: 20 gallons.
