g. DESCRIPTION: The caller stated that the cause of the release was due to a vehicle accident, resulting in the material impacting the roadway and soil. The caller mentioned that the tank has fully released its contents and is no longer releasing. No cleanup actions have been taken at this time.

The caller also stated that the tank has a capacity of 11,000 gallons but is unsure how full it was at the time of the release.

The caller stated that there is a secondary tank connected to the tank that released the material. It has a placard labeled UN1789 which is not releasing at this time.
