The Huntington Beach Fire Department has been dispatched and is currently on-site. No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the incident remains undetermined. The vehicle is fully submerged, but as of this report, no sheen has been detected. Efforts to coordinate the recovery of the vehicle are underway. ***Potential Release***
