DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: 100,000 gallons of suppression water and 35-40 gallons of Class A foam were used to fight a construction fire involving 4 homes in the San Luis Ranch construction site. An unknown amount of this water and foam spilled into storm drains and into the Perfumo Creek. Froom Ranch road was closed during fire fighter operations. This release has been stopped but was unrecoverable.
