g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: during transfer an oil pot overtopped causing a release of less than 1 gallon of mineral oil out to asphalt. The release entered the Cherry Creek at Holm Power House. Booms were deployed inside and outside the gates and downstream of the spill. The release is still being monitored for clean up.
