g. DESCRIPTION: Caller states due to unknown reasons 9,600 gallons of sludge released onto a secondary containment and its estimated that 500 gallons out of the 9,600 entered the Chino Creek. The pumps have been shutdown. Release is stopped but not contained with waterways impacted. Contractor will be performing repairs.
