Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: Freight Train ID LOF 63 19, Locomotive UP1162 experienced a single car derailment during shoving operations on their Railyard at the listed location. Railcar ID CAIX 323230 derailed upright due to unknown reasons. The incident is currently being investigated and Union Pacific is in the process of re-railing the car.

Per the NRC report: "The caller reported that a freight train suffered a (1) car derailment due to unknown reasons. This did not occur at a grade crossing. No injuries or fatalities were reported. The single main track was closed because of this incident and is not yet back in service." Remedial Actions: "An investigation is underway." Train Number: LOF63 OF THE 19TH
