g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, during a salt off-loading operation from a transport ship, a dozer experienced a radiator leak which impacted the salt pile. The salt pile is bermed, and the spilled material was contained within Morton Salt's containment yard area. Morton Salt is contracting National Response Corporation Environmental Services (NRCES) to clean-up and dispose of the contaminated salt. No waterways were impacted.

Per the NRC report, antifreeze released from a bulldozer radiator due to an unknown cause at this time. The bulldozer’s vehicle number is YT4V33. The environmental impact is unknown. Oil Spill Response Organization (OSRO) was notified for clean-up and material is contained. The release is secured.
