Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: A mechanical issue with a pole mounted transformer caused the release of one (1) pint of transformer oil which spilled onto a wood fence, concrete, dirt, vegetation and patio furniture below. This release has been stopped and contained and no waterways were impacted. It is unknown if this is PCB or Non PCB at the time of the report.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per the reporting party, in the original report for this incident, the PCB content of the oil was listed as unknown. Currently after testing, the oil is PCB positive at 45.5 parts per million (PPM).
