Orignal Description:Per Reporting Party: Due to a collision involving a semi-truck an unknown amount of gasoline has been released from a fuel tank trailer only onto dirt. The time of release was at approximately 0045 hours on 04/02/24 and the release is currently ongoing. The release has not been stopped, contained within the dirt, and a contractor is currently enroute to perform clean up and recovery of the release. The estimated flow rate is currently unknown, but the release is flowing at a slow rate and the maximum tank capacity is 8,700 gallons. Personnel from San Bernardino County Fire are currently onsite trying to stop the release. The NRC may not be contacted and OES will be contacted in regards to this release.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per the reporting party, at this time operations are still ongoing, fire Hazmat personnel believe that approx 75 gallons mixed with unleaded fuel, gear oil, antifreeze contaminated the fuel. More updates will be provided once they become available
