g. DESCRIPTION: A valve on a boiler popped off causing the release of approximately 100 gallons of transfer oil onto the concrete. An unknown amount of transfer oil entered a nearby storm drain. The storm drain leads to the Los Angeles River. Burmed off the exit of the storm drain leading into the Los Angeles River.
