DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, due to an overturned semi traveling on South Bound 29 carrying a mixture of concrete and sand, resulted in a release of approximately 20 gallons of mixed oil and diesel onto the asphalt. No waterways and no traffic were impacted. No fires and no injuries are reported at this time. CalTrans will oversee the clean up of the mixture of oil and diesel and contractors will oversee the clean up of the sand and other materials.
