g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, The commercial building at the incident location is experiencing a chemical leak from the rear, spilling into a paved alleyway. This ongoing release has affected a gutter containing water, which leads to a collection system in the downtown area. The stormwater then flows to a park, where it can permeate into the groundwater. The chemical appears milky blue and is emitting an odor into the atmosphere. No cleanup efforts have been initiated at this time. | ||
