Per the reporting party: Caller's sanitation facility was forced to discharge approximately 250,000 gallons of primary treated sewage into the Pacific Ocean. Discharge operations began at 1645 hours and were ceased at 1840 hours. The facility is currently operating at normal operations. No collection operations will be taken and is expected to dissipate naturally.
