g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, on 10/28/2024 at 1000 this morning the Belridge Oil Field experienced a leak in an above ground 3 inch flow line. The cause of the leak is unknown currently. The spill impacted soil only, and it has impacted land outside of containment. The leak has been isolated and stopped. There are no road closures or impacts to the public. Aera Energy is managing the spill internally, and there is no need for outside assistance. California Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) is on site. A contractor will be performing the clean-up. | ||
