DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a semi truck and two (2) other vehicles collided causing the release of approximately 15 gallons of diesel on to the center divider, where it is currently contained onto dirt. Lanes 1 and 2 are closed until further notice. No fires have been reported at this time. One fatality was reported. Caltrans and CHP are on scene conducting an investigation.
