The reporting party states that a 19-foot inboard Sunbird vessel is halfway submerged in 3 to 4 feet of water due to a mechanical failure. There were 3 people and an animal evacuated due to the incident. The reporting party does not see any spill in the waterway at the time of the report. The owner of the vessel is currently on the scene and is trying to get the vessel out of the waterway. The reporting party will provide updates if there are any changes.
