g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: An 8" flex line was damaged in a fire and released 15 barrels of crude oil inside of a blue line ( containment line ) and surrounding soil. The 8" flex line has been depressurized. The release has been stopped and contained. This fire is reported as extinguished and the cause of the release and fire are currently under investigation . No waterways are reported to have been affected. CRC and contractors are enroute for assessment and remediation.
