g. DESCRIPTION: The Reporting party states that an unspecified quantity of natural gas was discharged into the air due to inadvertent damage to a half-inch service line by a third-party contractor. The occurrence transpired at 0738 hours on February 22, 2024, and the situation was under control at 0910 hours on the same day. The Fire Department responded promptly, evacuating five individuals from one residence. The evacuation order was lifted by 0920 hours.
