g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party The waste management trucks release oil eveytime they come to service his cans, its several different trucks that come, not sure which one. RP has already called to complain and no one come to clean it. This has been going on for about 6 months. The oil is spreading and just building up, keeps getting worse. When it rains, it runs into the storm drains
