g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, A transformer was damaged in a fire, resulting in the release of approximately 100 gallons of mineral oil onto an agricultural area. The oil entered a dry creek, specifically the north branch of Sand Creek. The release has been contained, and cleanup is currently being carried out by Clean Arbors contractors using utility trucks.

Per NRC: caller stated due to a third-party agricultural fire there was a spill of materials from a pole mounted transformer. Caller stated Non-PCB mineral oil spilled. Caller stated the spill reached the north branch sand creek which at the time is a dry creek.
