g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: During routine inspection, personnel discovered that a broken pipe was releasing sewage onto the dirt in an open area. The release was emanating from a 10 inch main force sewage line that had been damaged due to the natural shifting of the earth. The release has ongoing however personnel have the material that is releasing contained by utilizing a vac truck. Personnel are attempting to refit the pipe.
