DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A unknown type truck carrying a fuel tank drove over some rocks causing a puncture in the fuel tank and causing the release of material to impact the dirt road and a drainage ditch on side of the road. It was reported to be contained to the roadway and ditch on side of road. No waterways were affected. The release has been stopped. Personnel on site created berms to contain the material. A contractor will be handling clean up. There were no injuries.
