g. DESCRIPTION: SPANISH-Per reporting party: At this address they have a petroleum machine that's has been broken since Saturday morning. RP states the home owner attempted to do some cleaning using hoses and bags.There is still a lot of oil scattered all over the front yard. This is an ongoing issue for couple years now. The persistent smell is causing headaches, and with children residing at this address, it is considered unsafe. No waterways were impacted.
