g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at approximately 0815 this morning, a vehicle driving on the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) lost control and went over the side of the road into the Talbert Marsh Wetlands. This is causing the release of an unknown amount of gasoline into the wetlands. The gasoline is actively releasing into the wetland with the incoming tide. There is a visible sheen that is 150 feet long by 10 feet wide with a rainbow-color. OSPR will be contacted for advise on how to proceed with clean-up. The clean-up may be done by OSPR or the Huntington Beach Hazmat 46. There is a partial closure of the PCH. There was one injury, and the injured individual was taken to University of California Irvine Hospital.
