g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, an unmarked waste oil steel pipe buried about 1.5 feet below ground released approximately 10-20 gallons of waste oil into the soil. The reporting party was unaware of the pipe's existence while excavating and currently has limited information. The pipe was plugged upon discovery to stop the release. After the cleanup process is complete, the line will be capped from both ends to allow work in the area to continue. No waterways were impacted by this release. | ||
