g. DESCRIPTION: A semi-truck and trailer overturned and blocked all State Route 99 Southbound lanes just south of 7th Standard Road. Once the semi-truck overturned, an estimated 60 gallons of diesel and engine oil were released onto the street. No water was impacted, and no injuries were reported. All lanes will remain closed until further notice.
