g. DESCRIPTION: There was an accident involving a pickup truck and a passenger vehicle at or near the listed location. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) and Kings County Fire Department responded to the scene. Approximately 20 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the road and affected a nearby canal. One fatality has been confirmed. The area has been cleared, and traffic has resumed normal flow.
