g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, a vehicle collided with a pad mounted transformer causing a release of non-PCB mineral oil. The spill impacted the street, curb and the gutter leading to the storm drain. Approximately 5 gallons of the oil impacted a storm drain. San Marcos Fire Department utilized absorbents to contain the spill. JC Environmental is operating a vacuum truck to clean up the spill. There is a road closure in place at the listed location while the clean up is completed. | ||
