g. DESCRIPTION: Per NRC report: The caller states there is a release of magnesium, that may be coming from an unauthorized construction site in the area. The caller states that a neighbor is conducting construction with no permits, which may have raised the magnesium level in their well water from .07 mg/l to 150 mg/l. The first well test was conducted on march 19, 2024 and the second well test was conducted on June 12, 2024. The caller is concerned that the magnesium may have impacted the mark west creek directly behind the property. Remedial Action: Water quality control board was on site for testing and California Department of Fish and Wildlife have been notified
