g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party: Due to human error led to the release of approximately two (2) grams of an unknown white powder onto an individual and concrete. The release was stopped, contained within an office and the individual, no waterways impacted, and it is currently unknown who will be conducting clean up and recovery of this release. The local fire agency was notified, onscene, an evacuation order has been put in place with ten (10) individuals evacuated, and twenty-seven (27) individuals isolated within a room in the immediate area of the release. At the time of this report, there has been no reports of injuries and/or fatalities related to this incident. The NRC will not be contacted and OES will be contacted in regards to updates to this incident.
