g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, a vehicle owner noticed a trail of fuel in his driveway and attempted to dilute it with a water hose until the fire department arrived. The diluted fuel, of an unknown amount, flowed into a nearby storm drain. The fire department plugged the tank, though it continues to leak. Absorbent pads were placed underneath to contain the oil. The fire department conducted the initial containment, but County Hazmat will coordinate with Rancho Cordova Public Works for the cleanup process. | ||
