g. DESCRIPTION: A customer damaged a 1/2-inch plastic service line while excavating. The local fire department was contacted and responded to the single-family home. As a precaution, one person was evacuated, and a road closure was implemented. Fire personnel also contacted Southern California Edison to shut off the home's electrical power. No fires, injuries, or exposures were reported. SoCalGas personnel are en route to assess the situation and carry out necessary repairs.
